The return valves are designed to automatically prevent the backflow of the working medium in pipelines. Check valves are not shut-off valves. The installation position of the return valves on the horizontal pipeline should be: the lid up; on the vertical pipeline – in the direction of the arrow on the housing up. The flow direction of the medium should be under the flap disc (in the direction of the arrow on the housing).
The reverse valves comply with the requirements of the API 6D specification.
